What is the Bulk Actions feature?
Bulk Actions allow platform users to manage multiple submissions simultaneously from the Submissions index. This enhancement streamlines repetitive tasks and improves staff efficiency without affecting the applicant experience.
How do Bulk Actions work?
From the Submissions index, staff can select multiple submissions using checkboxes and apply one of several available bulk actions via a dropdown menu. Supported actions include:

Archive / Unarchive Submissions

Add Steps to submissions (added at the current status)

Update Submission Status (only for submissions in the same workflow and current status)
Different menus and actions are available depending on whether the user is viewing active or archived submissions. Archived submissions only have the bulk option to unarchive.
Why was this feature created?
These tools are designed to save time for platform users by reducing manual, repetitive actions across submissions. They support more scalable workflows while maintaining control and visibility.
How do I get access to this enhancement?
You can access Bulk Actions from the Submissions index. Simply select the desired submissions and choose an action from the Bulk Actions dropdown.

Will access to Bulk Actions cost anything extra?
No. Bulk Actions are included as part of your current subscription and are available to all platform users with the appropriate permissions.
