What Is It?
The Custom Step Statuses settings enable administrators to define custom statuses that can be applied to steps in the system. These statuses help organize, track, and communicate progress within a guide or application process.
How Does It Work?
Administrators can create status groups and individual status labels. These are then available for selection when working on steps throughout the system. Each status can be grouped and color-coded to visually distinguish different progress stages or categories.
Parts of the Custom Step Statuses Page
- Add Status Group
Use this button to create a new status group label. Groups can be used to organize similar statuses together. - Add Status
Use this button to create a new custom status label. You can assign it to a status group and apply a color code for visual reference.
