What Is It?
The Disclaimer settings enable administrators to configure the disclaimer text that is presented to applicants when using the citizen portal.
How Does It Work?
Administrators can control when and where the disclaimer appears by using on/off toggles for the available display options.
Parts of the Disclaimer Page
Disclaimer Display – Available options:
- Show the disclaimer on the applicant registration page
When enabled, applicants must check a box acknowledging the disclaimer before they can create an account. - Show the disclaimer on guides/applications
When enabled, the disclaimer appears below the welcome message when applicants receive their guide or application.

System Settings > Guide and Portal Settings
