What Is It?
The Text Overrides settings enable administrators to override default system text that is presented to applicants when using the citizen portal. These fields allow agencies to customize language and instructions for applicants at key points in the submission process.
How Does It Work?
Administrators can enter custom text into the available override fields. Once saved, this text will be displayed to applicants in place of the system defaults.
