Guide and Portal Settings Overview

What Is It?

The Guide and Portal Settings section is found under System Settings. From here, Platform Owners can configure key elements related to portal messaging, templates, disclaimers, and step statuses. This section includes: Portal Details, Text Overrides, Community Templates, Disclaimer, and Custom Step Statuses.
 

How Does It Work?

This section contains settings that manage standard messaging, external templates, and step status configuration for the applicant-facing portal.

Parts of the Guide and Portal Settings page include:

Portal Details

Update the portal’s name, description, and welcome message.

Text Overrides

Override the default instructional or label text shown within the guide.

Community Templates

Browse configurations from other organizations in the Clariti network and import them into your own environment.

Disclaimer

Configure the legal disclaimer shown to applicants when accessing the citizen portal.

Custom Step Statuses

Create and manage custom statuses for steps. These can be applied while working on submissions in the system.
