The Camino Solution is full of a number of different features that can be toggled on to facilitate a more streamlined and efficient process for your organization.
But what do they mean and how can they help your organization? Look no further!
Document Uploads
This feature allows you to include uploading documents in a process step. At the step level, you will be able to require an upload and even specify the number of required uploads. You do not have to make a document upload required, it can be only if necessary or act as a supplement to another step in the process.
Payments
This feature allows your organization to accept payment for any license, permit, or project, etc. through the Camino Solution. This feature is connected to the Stripe application. As an FYI, Stripe does provide all the requirements for accepting online payments including technical and fraud prevention.
Forms
The Forms feature allows you to pull in any and all forms that may be required for your process into the Camino Solution.
If desired, you can then create all the fields, both required and optional, to be completed on your form. The Camino Solution has six different Form Field Types as follows:
- Text Field
- Numeric Field
- Checkbox
- Radio Button
- Signature
- Date Selection
Once all your fields are built out, you can have your customers complete those forms directly online in the Camino Solution.
That completed form will then stay with that step and subsequent submission. The customer will be able to download the completed form for a paper submission. Or, the customer can submit the form as part of their application for a project/license/permit.
Comments Section
This feature provides two options for communication within your submissions. It was designed to allow both your Team and your customers to have a full-service experience and not have to switch between email and Camino, copy and pasting information, etc.
- Customers can send messages and communicate directly with your organization on a specific submission. You can respond to the message directly in the submission. Email notifications with a link to the submission message will be sent when there is a message waiting.
- Your organization can have internal communication on a particular submission. The customer can not see this communication. Email notifications with a link to the submission message will be sent when there is a message waiting.

- Your organization can have internal communication on a particular submission. The customer can not see this communication. Email notifications with a link to the submission message will be sent when there is a message waiting.
