Scroll down the toolbar and select "Message Templates" under System Configuration
If the organization does not already have message templates created, the "Add a new message template" will be at the center of the page. If there are already message templates active, the button can be found at the top right of the page. Select "Add new message template"
Fill in the required fields (marked with an asterisk*) and upload any attachments you'd like included.
Select "Save Message Template"
Message Templates can be viewed under "Message Templates"
