The comments feature provides two options for communication around your submissions. It was designed to allow both your Team and your customers to have a full-service experience without switching between your email and the Camino Solution, copy and pasting information, etc.
- Chat - Here, customers can send messages and communicate directly with your organization on a specific submission. You can respond to that message directly within the submission. Email notifications with a link to the submission message will be sent when there is a message waiting. Customers can respond to the message directly through email.
- Internal Notes - This is where your organization can have internal communication on a particular submission. The customer can not see this tab or any of this communication. Email notifications with a link to the submission message will be sent when there is a message waiting as well.
